Atxaga’s novel Spytya kay Tafoy, Houses and graves (in original Basque, Etxeak eta hilobiak), has been translated into greek by Kostas Athanasiou and published by Ekkremes, a Greek publishing house which has also published the Basque author. The new Chania Book Festival has highlighted Atxaga’s presence among the more than 100 speakers invited to the event.
Also, a Serbian translation of the same book (Kuce i grobnice) was published last month by the Buka Bes
